No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you by virtue of this licence.
9.1 The axas88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, axas88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 axas88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if axas88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 axas88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your axas88 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
